1 Miller's Island nr Lanreath, Cornwall sleeps four people in two bedrooms. 1 Miller's Island, a single-storey lodge, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a dining area, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, and a twin,( zip & link, can be double on request) serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is a private decking with furniture and hot tub, plus off-road parking for one car. EV charging available. Highchair and travel cot (no mattress) available to hire. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 3.3 miles, lake 0.1 miles. Enjoy a serene lakeside getaway at 1 Miller's Island. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Due to balcony decking over lake and due to other lakes on-site, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on-site. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted. Note: Pub/restaurant on-site.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
