This traditional upside down cottage is next door to the owner's farmhouse on a non-working farm in a rural location near Okehampton and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. The Orchard is a traditional upside down cottage next door to the owner's farmhouse on a non-working farm in a rural location, seven miles from Okehampton. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms which includes a ground floor king-size double and a second floor mezzanine double. Outside is also an annex with a king-size four-poster bed and luxury bathroom. There is also a ground floor bathroom and cloakroom. On the first floor there is an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with woodburning stove. From the existing kitchen area a door leads to a further open plan kitchenette, dining and sitting room with door to a small enclosed garden with seating. 4-poster bedroom and a bathroom with corner whirlpool bath, separate shower, whb and wc. Outside, is a front patio with furniture and off road parking for one car. The Orchard is a delightful, quirky cottage with all the ingredients to create a truly memorable holiday. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - £20 supplement per pet, per stay.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes for hot tubs inc. in rent. Ample secure off-road parking. Front enclosed patio area with patio furniture and hot tub under a pergola with sliding roof. Rear enclosed garden with seating and table and gate to rear entrance/parking area and stunning views over Yes Tor, the highest point on Dartmoor. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - £20 supplement per pet, per stay. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Children must be supervised due to mezzanine bedroom and hot tub. Note: Licensed day boarding kennelling available on site at an additional cost by prior arrangement

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
