The Stone House is a picture postcard country house resting close to Axmouth in Devon and sleeps 10 people in five bedrooms. Please note no BBQ's are to be used at the house as it is in a rural area, surrounded by farmland/grass.

Four TVs, Bluetooth stereo, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private parking for 6 cars. Walled gardens, rose garden, meadow, lawns (open metal fencing to adjoining fields), patio area, furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.9 miles, pub 0.5 miles. Note: Logs are not included for the fires. Note: Standard stairgates will not fit the wide staircase at this property so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: There are internal steps and bedroom 5 has restricted headroom so please bear this in mind when booking. Please note no BBQ's are to be used at the house as it is in a rural area, surrounded by farmland/grass.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
