Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms, with the master boasting a modern en-suite shower room and, completing the house is a modern family bathroom. This holiday home is in a superb location to enjoy the beauty and charm of North Devon and discover all that this area has to offer. Guests can enjoy a fun-filled day out at the nearby award-winning Big Sheep all weather family attraction and the Ultimate Adventure Centre, approximately a mile down the road, with the Atlantic Village Outlet Shopping Centre and supermarket only a couple of miles away. The delightful quayside village of Appledore and the pretty beach at Instow are both just over three miles away. This area is also home to fantastic beaches, like Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Croyde, Woolacombe and Bude, offering fabulous opportunities for surfing, swimming, kite surfing, or simply paddling in the rock pools and playing on the beach. Plus the famous traffic-free Tarka Trail, offering fabulous walking and cycling opportunities, the South West Coastal Path and golf at Northam Burrows are all close by. The traditional market town of Barnstaple, fascinating Dartington Crystal, the picturesque fishing village of Clovelly and beautiful RHS Garden Rosemoor also make great days out. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
