This cottage is situated in the town of Bideford on a 130 acre working sheep farm, near Westward Ho!, and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Pillhead Cottage is a charming retreat located on a 130 acre working sheep farm on the side of a valley two miles from Bideford, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms; a double, twin (can be zipped link to form a superking), and a bunk room, along with a bathroom, and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, dining room, sitting room with electric fire, and a sun room. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and Wash-Hand-Basin toilet. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, a lawned garden to the front, and rear garden with picnic bench and barbecue. 130-acre natural grounds and orchard with terrace sun loungers (shared with owner and other properties on-site). There is also a shared seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool. Pillhead Cottage has a private hot tub. Resting in a peaceful setting with lovely garden views, Pillhead Cottage is a unique retreat situated in a memorable part of England. Please note: Outdoor heated swimming pool, shared with other properties on-site, (15' x 30' x 4' to 5' deep) with paddling pool (10' x 9' x 1'6" deep), available from the Friday immediately preceding the last bank holiday in May to the first Friday in September, 10am-evening. Note: Unfortunately electric cars cannot be charged on site but there is a charging point 4 minutes drive away (Tesco)

Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (bath and hand towels provided, not bath sheets), please bring your own towels for the beach, pool and hot tub.. Stairgate, two highchairs, and two travel cots. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden to the front, and rear garden with picnic bench and BBQ. 130-acre natural grounds and orchard with terrace sun loungers (shared with owner and other properties on-site). Two well behaved dogs welcome, £20 per dog, sorry no cats. No smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Outdoor heated swimming pool, shared with other properties on-site, (15' x 30' x 4' to 5' deep) with paddling pool (10' x 9' x 1'6" deep), available from the Friday immediately preceding the last bank holiday in May to the first Friday in September, 10am-evening. Note: Steps up to the entrance, and steps between rooms. Note: Check-in time 5pm. Note: Due to swimming pool, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There is no smoking allowed onsite except within the designated smoking area. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
