Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, a decked area, access to 3.5 acre of grounds and 1.5 acre fishing lake with carp. Within 2.6 miles there is both a shop and pub. Sorry, no smoking. Note: There is a lake on the grounds, children must be supervised at all times. Note: The decked area is enclosed, there is no access to the grounds or lake from the decking, the only access is via the front door.
