This semi-detached cottage is situated on a traditional working farm one mile from Halwell and can sleep eight people in three bedrooms. East Bickleigh is a semi-detached cottage converted from a 17th century farmhouse on a traditional working farm a mile from the South Devon village of Halwell. The cottage sleeps eight people in three en suite bedrooms, a double, a twin and a family room with French windows to steps to the patio. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove and dining area and a kitchen with French windows to steps to the patio. Outside is the patio with furniture and barbecue, a shared indoor swimming pool, play area, trampoline and games room and a big farm to wander, plus parking for six cars. East Bickleigh is a welcoming base for a fun family break in Devon.

Underfloor heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for six cars.Shared Childrens play area, barbecue, indoor pool. Three well behaved dogs welcome. There is a pet charge of £20 per pet for the second and third pet. Note: Note: Swimming pool is 39' x 19' x 3' to 4'6" deep, available from 8am to 8pm; occasionally the pool is also used by owners' family and friends.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
