The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite, a lower-ground floor king-size with en-suite, and a first-floor twin with en-suite. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with decking, furniture, barbecue and hot tub, a shared front courtyard and external games room with table tennis, pool table, air hockey and table football and off-road parking is available. Within 2.6 miles you will find a shop, and within 2.5 miles, a pub. Please note that no pets are allowed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. Oak cottage is a beautiful property, ideal for a relaxing trip to Devon. Note: The staircase is steep, please use the handrail provided. Note: The property is situated near the owner’s house.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
