Beechcroft Cottage is a charming holiday home settled in North Molton, Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six and a sitting room with a TV and a multi-fuel stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is ample off-road parking, a front lawned garden and guests have shared use of the 6-acre site with a shared external games room with table tennis, pool table, table football. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Beechcroft is a delightful escape for four in Devon. Note: This property is in a rural location, accessed by country lanes that are single track in some places, please take care. Note: Whilst all parties are welcome at the property, guests should be made aware of the quiet, rural nature of the location and consideration should be given to the other guests and properties on-site. Note; This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £150. Note: A starter pack for the multi-fuel stove is included in the rent throughout Oct-March; at other times of year fuel for stove can be purchased locally. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
