The Bothy in Two Waters Foot, Cornwall sleeps three guests in one bedroom. The Bothy, a single-storey cottage, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area seating three, and a sitting area with TV. The bedroom consists of a double and a single bed with a TV and en-suite bath. Outside, there is a private, side garden with gravel and furniture, a shared lawn area with children's swing and trampoline, plus private, off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4.7 miles, pub 1.5 miles, river 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. The Bothy makes a great rural escape to Cornwall. Note: Although this is a single-storey property, there are a few steps up to entrance. Note: Fishing is permitted in the stream, but a permit must be obtained from the local fisheries department in Liskeard.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
