Daisy Cottage in Beer, Devon sleeps five guests in three bedrooms. The living areas in this holiday cottage consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer and a living/dining room with woodburning stove, TV and seating for five. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin and a single serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a south facing, front garden with lawn, patio and furniture, one permit is provided for the nearby EDDC car park and there is on-street parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub and 0.3 miles a beach. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove and bed linen are all included in the price. Explore Devon at Daisy Cottage. Note: Children are welcome but please bring your own travel cot, stairgate and highchair. Note: Please bring your own towels. Note: The wall at the bottom of the garden is quite low, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
