Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside there is a private garden with seating, pond, bridge and barbecue, while ample off-road parking is available. The Stables is a traditional base for a memorable holiday to Somerset.

Oil underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Outdoor space with seating and barbecue available on request. Picturesque river on the property. Guest access to historic disused canal. One well-behaved dog welcome is charged at £20 per stay. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4.1 miles, pub 1.6 miles. Note: The property is located on the owner's grounds on a working farm, guests are welcome to meet the animals and pet the lambs (by arrangement), and to purchase home-reared meat, eggs, and other produce. Note: The king-size room is located either through the twin room up a small step, or from an exterior door. Note: Guests are welcome to place orders in advance for deliveries from the local milkman, who can provide most essentials, please contact the owners with your request at the time of your booking. Note: Guests are requested to note that this property is situated on a working farm, with livestock, horses, and two lively, friendly dogs.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
