Beckaford View near Ilsington, Devon sleeps two guests in one bedroom. The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a coffee machine, a dining area with breakfast bar for two guests and a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. There is one mezzanine-style double bedroom, along with a ground-floor shower room. To the exterior, there is an outside area with furniture and off-road parking is available. Within 3.6 miles you will find a shop and within 0.9 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are allowed (with a charge of £25 per week for a 2nd dog) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Beckaford View is a delightful base, ideal for a couple’s getaway in Devon. Note: The property is next to the owner’s home. Note: There are unfenced ponds nearby, please ensure dogs are supervised. Note: The stunning picture windows have blinds fitted which can cover the lower section of the window leaving the Dartmoor scenery available to guests for morning viewing. Eye masks are available for those that prefer complete darkness when sleeping.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
