Sandpiper Cottage is an impeccable barn conversion situated in Batston near Salcombe, Devon and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The three bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin which share access to a bathroom and cloakroom. Additionally, there is a kitchen and living/dining room with a woodburning stove. In the kitchen lies an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. There is also a TV and WiFi for entertainment. Outside, you will find three handy allocated parking places, including boat parking, as well as an enclosed, multi-level back garden with patio, gravelled area, lawned area, barbecue and furniture. There is central heating with a woodburning stove. The fuel and power are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are also included. Two well-behaved furry friends are welcome. Sorry, no smoking is allowed here. The shop is within 0.8 miles of the barn conversion, the pub is within 0.7 miles and the beach is 1.9 miles away. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £300. Note: There are steep steps in the back garden that may not be suitable for those with limited mobility, please consider this when booking. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
