This modern detached residence is in the village of Aveton Gifford near Bigbury-on-Sea, and can sleep nine in four bedrooms. Glebe House is a beautifully appointed modern house standing in a quiet cul-de-sac, a short stroll to the village amenities of Aveton Gifford in South Devon. A picturesque village alongside the Avon estuary in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and just 5 miles from the soft sands and highly popular premier beach of Bigbury-on-Sea, famous also for its landmark art deco hotel on Burgh Island. A family friendly property with four large bedrooms offering versatile accommodation. Two bedrooms are en-suite and there is a family bathroom. The property can accommodate up to 9 people. On the ground floor there is space for the whole family. A comfortable and relaxing separate sitting room offers a quiet space or somewhere for children to enjoy their favourite TV show. The open plan living space incorporates a large modern kitchen, separate utility room, breakfast bar with additional dining table and also comfortable seating at the far end. Patio doors open onto the enclosed rear garden with sun loungers and patio furniture and a BBQ. There is plenty of parking for two cars on the drive. Glebe House is a fabulous modern family holiday home and great choice for a stress-free holiday beside the sea.

Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for two cars. Lawned garden and patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop/pub 10 mins walk. Beach 5 miles. Note: Family groups only. Note: Max 8 adults and 1 child.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
