Downstairs provides an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a utility/cloakroom. Outside has an enclosed patio area with furniture and a lower terrace, as well as roadside parking on first come, first-served basis. The Light House is an excellent choice for a rural break to the coast of Devon.

Fuel and power inc. in rent.Bed linen and towels included in rental. Towels for indoor use only , please bring your own towels for the beach. Luxury mattresses. Travel cot, stair gate and baby listener provided on request, please state in your booking request if you would like the travel cot to be set up for your arrival and please bring your own sheets/bedding for the travel cot. Roadside parking. Front enclosed gravelled area. Enclosed patio area with furniture, BBQ and rear access. Lower terrace with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.3 miles. Please state in your booking request if you would like the travel cot to be set up for your arrival.
