Lands House, Appledore, Devon, sleeps ten guests in five bedrooms.  Lands House has a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, dinging seating for ten, a utility with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, a cloakroom, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms each have a TV and consist of a super-king-size (zip/link can be twin on request), a second-floor king-size (zip/link can be twin on request), a second-floor king-size, a king-size, and a bunk, serviced by a bathroom and second-floor shower room. Enclosed communal courtyard with furniture and roadside parking. Within 1.8 miles you will find a shop, 0.1 miles a pub and a river, and within 2.1 miles, a beach. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved pets welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Explore all that the coast of Devon has to offer with a stay at the beautiful Lands House. Note: No parking, on road and public car park close by. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
