This spacious property sleeps seven people in four bedrooms and is in a rural location less than four miles from Fethard-on-Sea in County Wexford. Josie's House is a spacious holiday home a few miles from Fethard-on-Sea, County Wexford. The property has three bedrooms on the ground floor; a double with en-suite shower room, a single and a twin with sea views. There is also a large double room with en-suite shower room on the first floor. The family bathroom is downstairs, along with a kitchen with dining area and sofa, and a sitting room with open fire. On the first floor landing is a games area with pool table and seating. Outside there is ample off road parking and large gardens to the front and side with sea views and garden furniture. Josie's House is perfect for exploring the Hook Peninsula, heading to Wexford or Waterford, or visiting the JFK Arboretum or Dunbrody Famine Ship.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
