Bohans Barn is a charming, detached holiday home resting in Attishane near Crossmolina, County Mayo and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dining seating for six and a woodburning stove. There is a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link), a double with an en-suite and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is access to woodlands and horses in stables, which are enclosed for safety - owner requires access passed the property twice a day with the horses. as well as off-road parking for 5 cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Two well-behaved pets are welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. Within 2.1 miles there is a shop and within 4.7 miles, a pub. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
