The cottage has two double bedrooms, a ground floor shower room, and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a shared garden. Kylebeg Cottage is wonderfully placed for spending time outdoors, either by the lakes or in the Wicklow Mountains National Park, or heading to Dublin for its vibrant shopping, pubs and restaurants.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for woodburning stove available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and toddler bed on request. Ample off road parking. Shared lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: The owner lives next door and owns dogs, horses, pigs and chickens. Note: Stabling available by prior arrangement with owner. Note: Bedrooms have sloping ceilings.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
