This property is a lovely semi-detached cottage situated on a working sheep and cattle farm, offering comfortable accommodation for up to four people. This semi-detached cottage has been furbished to a high standard and offers a comfortable holiday retreat on the owner's sheep and cattle farm. The accommodation is all set out on the ground floor. There is a bright and cheerful kitchen area which is on open plan with the rest of the living space, a generous sized dining room and the delightful lounge is comfortably furnished with an open fire adding to the cosy atmosphere. Just off the lounge is a lovely sun room offering spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The two bedrooms are light and airy and there is a well-appointed shower room to finish off the accommodation. Outside the lawned garden has delightful views, furniture and a barbecue. This property is a real haven for visitors in this fabulous region of Ireland.

Note: Water supply is from local borehole.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
