This cosy cottage near Doonbeg sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Clogher Cottage is a welcoming detached cottage only a couple of minutes' walk from the shore, in a quiet rural setting three miles from the village of Doonbeg. The cottage is set mainly over the ground floor, with a double room with en-suite, a further double, a twin and a twin on the first floor. There is a family bathroom, kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for three cars, and a patio with furniture. Clogher Cottage is perfectly placed for walks on the beach, evenings in the pubs of Doonbeg, or heading further afield to enjoy golf, fishing, walks or breathtaking sights such as the Cliffs of Moher.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: First floor bedroom accessed via narrow staircase with low doorway. Note: The washing machine is located in the external utility

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
