Yew Tree House sits in Ballinure and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms.  There is a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a living/dining room with a TV, woodburning stove and dining seating for seven. The bedrooms consist of a double, a ground-floor double, a single and a bunk bedroom, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a large garden with furniture, barbecue and access to a stream, as well as off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog is welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. There is a travel cot and highchair available on request. Within 3.3 miles there is a shop and within 3.7 miles, a pub. Yew Tree House is a wonderful base for a countryside retreat. Please note: Children must be always supervised due to the stream in the garden. Please note: Take care when using the stairs as they are very narrow.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
