The Millhouse near Ledbury, Herefordshire sleeps 24 guests in 14 bedrooms. Fairoaks Barns is a collection of four ultra-luxury barn conversions and a pool room. The barn conversions are made up of a variation of super-king-size, king-size, double and twin rooms, some of which with en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms. The Millhouse, The Stables and The Carthouse have open-plan living spaces, two with woodburning stoves, while the Piggery and Pool House have kitchen/diners and sitting rooms, The Piggery also hosting a woodburning stove. Appliances include ovens, hobs, microwaves, fridge/freezers, washing machines, and dishwashers, and for entertainment there are TVs and WiFi. The Pool House also has an indoor heated swimming pool. Each property also has underfloor heating throughout and shares large lawn gardens with furniture, walking paths and patios, and private, gravelled gardens. Note: The sitting area in The Millhouse is sunken. Note: The attic bedroom in The Carthouse has low, beamed ceilings, please take care. Note: No TV in The Carthouse. Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
