This one bedroomed cottage in Bromyard sleeps two and has one bathroom. PLEASE NOTE: OWNER ACCEPTS A MINIMUM OF 4 NIGHT STAYS ONLY. The Elephant Cottage is located in the base of the owner’s farm and once owned by a Birmingham Circus Family who relocated to the city to retire with their animals and it was here that a baby elephant was housed in this barn – hence the name! Today, this barn has been beautifully modernised and turned into a spotlessly clean and charming with the old beams and trusses remaining. Elephant Cottage is light and airy inside due to the high beam ceilings, and multiple windows look over the view of the surrounding farmlands. Fishing is possible about two hundred metres away from the property in a small lake stocked with brown trout and carp. One pet welcome but no smoking is allowed on the premises. The garden is fenced with gravelled, paved and lawned areas on top of a seating area to the side of Elephant Cottage.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
