This excellent holiday cottage is based in Somerford Keynes, Gloucestershire and can sleep eight people in three bedrooms. Kingfishers Cottage is an excellent holiday cottage based in Somerford Keynes, Gloucestershire. It is located within the Cotswolds’ 550 acre Lower Mill Estate nature reserve and is just a few minutes stroll from the River Thames. Internally, the cottage is welcoming and well furnished. Inside has an open-plan living room with a wood burning stove, dining area and fitted kitchen with French doors that lead into the garden. Upstairs has one double bedroom with an en suite shower and WC, one further double room with a double bed and one bunk room with bunks for 4 children!. There are two separate family bathrooms and WC. To the rear of the property is a garden, perfect for sitting and for children to play, with a small shallow stream and lake beyond. Customers have access to the outdoor heated pool and sauna, plus a tennis court. Excellent and varied fishing within the lakes, plus Spinney Lake is available for non-powered boats. Off road parking is available. Kingfishers Cottage is an excellent property for friend and family vacations. British Standard buoyancy aids must be worn by all Homeowners, Guests and Renters wishing to use the lakes and users are encouraged to make themselves aware of the location of throw lines which are situated at appropriate locations at the edge of lakes 3. Swimmers should ensure that they do not enter the water bodies without supervision from others of their household 4. Swimmers will be asked politely to leave the water bodies if it is believed that the activities taking place are dangerous or no buoyancy aids are worn 5. No inflatables to be used on the lakes at any time

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
