This detached, Grade II-listed holiday home has six bedrooms, including a super-king-size with an en-suite bathroom, two super-king-size with en-suite shower rooms, a king-size, a twin and a double, along with a family bathroom. There’s also a cloakroom, a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample private off-road parking and 3.5 acre grounds with a walled garden with lawn and produce, a lawn, tennis courts, goal posts, a gazebo with furniture and heaters, a hot tub, and a raised patio with sun loungers. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and two well-behaved pets are welcome, however this is a non-smoking property. Please note that due to livestock at the property, pets must be kept on a lead at all times. You can find a shop in 0.9 mile and a pub in 1.1 miles. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
