This cosy, semi-detached cottage rests on the edges of Napton-on-the-Hill and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Wigrams Canalside Cottage overlooks the canal on the fringes of Napton-on-the-Hill, in beautiful Warwickshire countryside. It plays host to one king-size double bedroom (zip/link can be twins on request), sleeping two people. There is also a shower room inside and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area, breakfast island and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside is off-road parking for one car at the owner's property next door and you also have a large unenclosed garden with views over the canal. Wigrams Canalside Cottage is a lovely holiday home to choose for your next romantic break in Warwickshire.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. i n rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 to 3 cars at owner's property next door. Shared garden with views over canal. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. No smoking. Shop and pub 1.4 miles. Dogs must be on a lead when outside animals on-site. Note: Care to be taken in the garden, due to tree stumps and rabbit holes in the wood, and steep banks by the pond. Note: The cottage is immediately alongside the canal, if any guests have a boat, you may wish to moor alongside with a gate straight off the canal towpath. Note: Local boat hire available at close proximity to the property.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
