Outside there is a front patio with decking and furniture, a rear courtyard with furniture, hot tub, barbecue and outdoor shower, and off-road parking for eight cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available. You'll find a shop in 2.9 miles and a pub in 2 miles. Golf House is the ideal Staffordshire escape for a family or large group. Note: The lake is fenced and will have signage for access; please ensure children and pets are supervised. Note: Guests will have access to on-site fishing and a boat to explore the lake. Note: Guests will have access to an on-site adventure area, including a zipwire and paddle boarding, at an extra cost, which must be arranged prior to check-in. Note: The property is situated upon private grounds, made up of farmland, woodland, and several properties.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
