It is set at the end of a mile long drive, in the stunning Cotswolds grounds. Internally, there is a living room with a piano, a fitted kitchen with a dining area. There is a second living room with a wood burning stove, as well as a playroom for children. Upstairs has one king-siz bedroom and one twin bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom and WC, four twin bedrooms, and two king-size bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and WC. There is a separate bathroom and WC. There is an enclosed garden area with furniture and a barbecue available on request. The property has uninterrupted views over the countryside with its immaculate gardens, including a tennis court and a large gated pond. Children have access to the climbing frame and swings also. Ample off road parking is available. Home Farm (16) is an excellent cottage for those family breaks. Note: No hen or stag parties allowed and we ask all guest to be considerate to neighbours in the village with no loud noise. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
