The bathroom features a free-standing bath, a handheld shower, a basin, and a WC. There is also a shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, a basin, and a WC. Cloakroom with WC and basin. Kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, fridge, electric oven, halogen hob, AGA, washing machine and dishwasher. Dining room. The sitting room has an open fire. Central heating is provided by oil, with an open fire in the sitting room. There is WiFi and a Smart TV. Fuel, electricity, and a starter kit for woodburning stoves and open fires are included in the rent. There is off-road parking for three cars, with additional parking available on the roadside. Large back garden with patio, log burners, grill, furniture, and lawn. We welcome two small, well-behaved dogs. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
