Ground floor bathroom with bath with hand-held shower, walk-in shower, basin and WC, ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC, first floor bathroom with bath with hand-held shower, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Living room with woodburner. External games room with TV, pool table.

Enjoys views from all rooms across the huge gardens and fields beyond. Inside the owners have created a sleek and contemporary home with many period features still present. The property opens up to a living room with a wood burning fire, a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area, as well as an external games room that acts as a second sitting room and games room complete with a pool table. On the ground floor you will find two king-size bedrooms and a twin bedroom. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. On the first floor, there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom accessed via the double bedroom. Outside has a vast garden with a children’s play area nearby. Parking is available at the property. The Clearings is an excellent property for friend and family vacations. Note: The extra twin room is only accessible via bedroom 4. Note: No hen or stag parties allowed and we ask all guest to be considerate to neighbours in the village with no loud noise. Note: This property requires a refundable good housekeeping bond of £500. Note: There is sheep in the surrounding fields so dogs must be kept under close control, and the area is not fully enclosed. Note: Charging of electric cars must be pre-arranged and is payable locally.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
