Hazel consists of a studio-style layout including a bunk bed, a kitchen with a combi oven/microwave, 2-ring plug-in hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with woodburning stove, as well as a shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a private front gravel with furniture, a communal lawn area, and secure bike storage, plus off-road parking available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Escape to rural Oxfordshire with a stay at Hazel. Note: Although this a single-storey property, there are a few steps up to entrance, please take care. Note: There is no TV at this property. Note: Maximum of two children and two adults due to small lower-level bunk and restricted height on lower-level. Note: There are cupboard doors on the lower-level bed, please supervise children. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £100.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
