Cloakroom with WC and basin. Open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and seating area with a woodburning stove. There is electric central heating. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee maker. There is a utility cupboard with washing machine, tumble dryer. For entertainment, there is WiFi and a second Smart TV. Fuel, electricity, and a starter kit for a wood-burning stove are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is a highchair, a travel cot, and a stairgate available. There's plenty of off-road parking. Private fenced-in garden with gravel, furniture, and a grill. One small, well-behaved doge is permitted (no bigger than a cocker spaniel). Sorry, no smoking allowed. The nearest shop is 2.5 miles away, and the nearest pub is 0.3 miles away. Please keep in mind that check-in begins at 5p.m. and ends at 10a.m. Please bring your own bed linen if you are using the travel cot. Dogs are not permitted upstairs and will be charged £25 per week. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
