The property opens up to an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area with views to the garden, as well as a living room with a wood burner. Upstairs has three double bedrooms, the one on the top floor can be split into twins on request, which must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival. Bathroom with over the bath shower, WC and basin . Outside you will find an enclosed garden area with furniture provided. Roadside parking is available on the quiet street. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome at an additional charge of £25 per pet. Please note this property has a Good House Keeping Bond of £100, this will be shadowed at the time of booking.

Note: Though there are 3 bedrooms as the cottage is only suitable for four people, Customers won't have use of all 3 bedrooms, you can choose between either having two double beds, or one double and two singles. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
