The Paddock in Honington, Warwickshire, sleeps two guests in one bedroom.  The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar, and TV. The bedroom consists of a double, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, barbecue, access to tennis court on owner's grounds and a private driveway for one car. You'll find a shop and a pub in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This is a smoke-free property. One well behaved dog welcome (Please note, there are other dogs and animals in the vicinity - Please bear this in mind when booking). The Paddock is the ideal base to explore Warwickshire and the surrounding area of Cotswolds AONB. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the property. Note: The Paddock is situated on the owner's land - Access to the stables and fields is not permitted. Note: This property is on a working equestrian yard with horses and dogs moving around.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
