The Sheperds Hut at Bridge Lake Farm & Fishery is a stylish, single-storey lodge resting in Chacombe, Northamptonshire and can sleep two guests in one bedroom.  This single-storey lodge consists of a studio-style layout with a kitchen with electric oven/microwave, two ring electric hob, fridge with ice box, and a sitting area with Smart TV. There is also a double bed, along with an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a decked area with furniture, hot tub and fire pit, as well as off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels and started pack for woodfired hot tub are all included in the price. Sorry, this property does not accept any children under 18 years old - this includes infants. Also, pets are not allowed at the property. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop and pub. The Sheperds Hut at Bridge Lake Farm & Fishery makes wonderful romantic retreat for a couple. Please note that the car park is approximately 250 meters distance from the property, the path leading to property may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

Enjoy underfloor heating throughout the property for added warmth and comfort. Kitchen equipped with an electric oven/microwave, two-ring electric hob, fridge with icebox, Smart TV, and WiFi for modern convenience. Electric included, along with a starter pack for the woodfired hot tub, bed linen, and towels. Off-road parking available for guests' convenience. Decked area with hot tub and furniture for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. Guests have access to on-site fishing with a private fishing peg and a private pontoon for tranquil experiences. The nearest shop is 1.9 miles away, and the pub is 0.4 miles away (0.2 miles accessible on foot by footpath). EV charger available on-site, chargeable via the ICS app. Guests can enjoy course fishing on-site, with a variety of fish species available. The lake's spring-fed nature ensures excellent water quality, optimal oxygen levels, and healthy fish conditions. Regular weed removal is conducted, and weed rakes are provided at all lodges for guest convenience. Please note: Pets, smoking, and children under the age of 18 are not permitted. Please note: The car park is approximately 250 meters from the property, and the path leading to the property may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. For the safety of our guests we have CCTV in place at the entrance to the site, on the roadways and on the pathways

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
