Maple Lodge rests in Chacombe and can sleep two people in one bedroom.  This single-storey lodge consists of a studio-style layout with a double bed, a kitchen with electric oven/microwave, two ring hob, fridge and a sitting area with Smart TV. There is also a shower room. Outside, there is a decked area with furniture and hot tub, as well as off-road parking close-by. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no pets, children (under 18 - this includes infants) or smoking allowed. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.4 miles, a pub. Enjoy underfloor heating throughout the property for optimal comfort. Kitchen features an electric oven/microwave, two-ring hob, and fridge for self-catering needs. Entertainment amenities include a Smart TV and WiFi access. Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the wood-fired hot tub are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Off-road parking available for guests' convenience. Decked area with hot tub and furniture for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. Guests have access to on-site fishing with a private fishing peg and a private pontoon for serene experiences. The nearest shop is 1.9 miles away, and the pub is 0.4 miles away. The car park is approximately 250 meters from the property, and the path leading to the property may be unsuitable for the elderly, disabled, or less mobile guests. EV charger available on-site, chargeable via the ICS app. Guests can enjoy course fishing on-site, with a variety of fish species available. The lake's spring-fed nature ensures excellent water quality, optimal oxygen levels, and healthy fish conditions. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
