Step into the delightful open-plan living space, well-presented with a two-seater sofa to unwind on after a day of exploring the Cotswolds, as you get some evening entertainment courtesy of the HD TV, as the woodburning stove creates a gentle glow and a warming atmosphere in the room. Cook delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen whilst listening to your favourite songs on the iPod docking station, before gathering with your guests at the fold-away dining table. Catch the last of the afternoon sun in the pretty courtyard south-facing garden, or make use of the charcoal barbecue in warmer months. Surrounded by wonderful countryside, there are many walks and cycle routes on Blockley’s doorstep including Heart of England Way long distance path which links the market towns of Chipping Campden and Moreton-in-Marsh, where you can visit Hidcote Manor Garden in Chipping Campden, which is a renowned attraction, that looks like a scene from Alice in Wonderland and is one of the UK’s best displays of the Art and Craft Movement gardens and visit Chastleton House in Moreton-in-Marsh, which is a stunning Jacobean Grade I listed building that has remained unchanged for 400 years, with room guides will be able to show you around the property and grounds. At Alice Cottage, you are close to the bustling market town of Stow-on-the-Wold where you can take a walk around the market square, which is the heart of the community and offers boutique shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, as well as the Farmers’ Market which occurs every second Thursday of each month, featuring inviting local produce. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
