The cottage has a second floor king-size double bedroom with a sloping, beamed ceiling, a first floor bathroom and a first floor open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and full use of the Abbey grounds. Porter's Lodge is a lovely holiday base.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and wood for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. folding bed on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Full use of abbey grounds. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Internal wooden staircase leads from the front door to the first floor accommodation, some pets may need to be carried up and down, and there is a further shorter staircase leading to the bedroom. Note: The bedroom has a sloping, beamed ceiling. Note: There is a pub and social club across the road and some noise may be heard.
Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
