It has two king-size doubles and a twin room as well as a ground floor bathroom and a first floor cloakroom, it can sleep five people. The cottage comes with a kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Outside is a large garden with a patio area with furniture as well as lawned areas on several levels. A tremendous cottage in a sublime location, with walking and cycling in the area, as well as many places to visit.

However, because of this water feature, as well as the nearby brook and washing pool, parents are advised that children - and especially young children without basic water safety - must be closely supervised. Please be advised: The path (or "causeway") that runs alongside the property, leading from the off-road parking to the cottage itself, is fairly short, but quite steep; please consider this when booking, as it may not be suitable for those who find steeper gradients challenging Please note the fireplace is ornamental only

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
