Hosting two double bedrooms (1 x zip/link, can be twin on request), this cottage can sleep a total of four guests. The first floor is complete with a bathroom, whilst the ground floor is home to a kitchen and a sitting/dining room with two electric woodburning-effect stoves. Outside there is a shared garden with outdoor seating area and ample off-road parking. Campbell makes a fantastic base from which to explore the West Midlands.

Note: Shelsley Walsh hill climb operates events on a regular basis, details of the major events can be found on www.shelsleywalsh.com but smaller events are not always listed, please be aware therefore that on event days there can be activity in the adjacent paddock from early in the morning until late in the evening, One well behaved dog welcome but please note that the property is adjacent to a farm, dogs must be kept on a lead when outside the enclosed area and are not allowed in the bedrooms. We have tried to make the property as dog friendly as possible, please contact us if you have a second dog or any other queries.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
