The Annex in Yorkley, Gloucestershire sleeps three guests in one bedroom. The Annexe consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with TV and sofa bed. There is one double bedroom, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with picnic bench, and roadside parking is available. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot and highchair are also available on request. The Annexe is a wonderful escape for a couple or small family in Gloucestershire. Note: The sofa bed can sleep up to one additional guest.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
