Beau's House in Upper Rissington, Gloucestershire, can sleep six in three bedrooms.  The living areas include a kitchen/diner housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dining area whilst the sitting area has a Smart TV. There are three double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, the others serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is an enclosed garden and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.9 miles or less there is a shop and pub and please note that two pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
