The Cottage & Studio are two charming cottages resting in South Cerney, Gloucestershire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The living areas in The Studio consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with Combi oven, 2 ring gas hob, fridge, espresso machine, dining seating and a sitting area with TV. There is a king-size bedroom with TV, along with a bathroom, toilet and hand basin, cloakroom. The living areas in The Cottage consist of a kitchen with a double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and espresso machine. Outside, each property has a rear garden with furniture and there is off-road parking for 1 cars. One-well behaved pet is welcome in the 2 bedroom cottage only. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop, within 0.5 miles, a pub and within 2.7 miles, a beach. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
