This detached cottage rests near Cirencester and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Five Mile House Barn is a detached, Grade II listed property resting on the outskirts of Cirencester. It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor twin with en-suite wet room and two double bedrooms which are served by a bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC, sleeping a total of six people. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars and a garden area with BBQ and furniture. Five Mile House Barn is an outstanding base for exploring the Cotswolds.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for three cars. Bike storage. Gravelled courtyard area with furniture and BBQ. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. There is wheelchair access is to the rear and to the front of the property. Pub within 3.6 miles, shop within 7.5 miles. Note: Some road noise is to be expected. Note: Suitable for those with mobility issues, if a perch stool is required please advise upon booking for this to be arranged. Please note: This property only accepts short breaks in January, February, March, and November.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
