Ground floor wc with washing machine. Kitchen with dining area. Living room / dining room. Enclosed private garden to the rear of the cottage. One car can be parked in front of the property. There is also an allocated parking space to the rear - turn right back onto Coneygar Road then turn immediately right. Your car can be parked by the back double gate - the middle of 3 spaces along the back. There should be space left for a vehicle on either side.

3 Painters Field is located in the village of Quenington, and can accommodate 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. 3 Painters Filed is a lovely Cotswold holiday cottage located in Quenington,Gloucestershire. It has two bedrooms: one king size double and one twine. There are two first floor bathrooms (one being the en-suite to the master bedroom) and a ground floor cloakroom. The ground floor also has a fitted kitchen with a dining area, as well as a spacious living / dining room.. Outside there is an enclosed garden to the rear of the property as well as an allocated parking space.3 Painters Fileld is a lovely holiday home ideal for small families.

Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Please note this property doesn't provide a stair gate. Garden with patio area and furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile and pub 0.2miles. Note: Please note that the owner requires a £150 good housekeeping bond in advance of arrival. One car can be parked in front of the property. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
