Bridge House in Cotswold Water Park sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.  The living areas consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, combi microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a living/dining room with woodburning stove, TV with Netflix, DVD player, CD player/radio, and a selection of games and books. The bedroom consists of two king-size with Juliet balcony's and en-suites, and two singles with trundle beds, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear decked area with furniture, barbecue, and bike storage, and allocated parking for one car, and on-site facilities. Travel cot (no bedding), stairgate and highchair available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2.8 miles, and a pub in 0.9 miles. Bridge House is well-located to explore Gloucestershire as a family. Note: The property will not accept contract workers. Note: Property will not accept Stag and Hen parties due to on-site rules. Note: On-site facilities must be pre-arranged in advance.

Free unrestricted use of Mill Village on-site facilities including an outdoor heated swimming pool (all year round), sauna, tennis courts, table tennis, children’s play area and five a side pitch (spa access is not included). Further sports such as paddle boarding, kayaking, coarse fishing, and bike hire are available on site at an extra charge and bookable in advance. 2 well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 0.9 miles, Cotswold Water Park 0.2 miles. Note: This property will not accept contract workers or Stag and Hen parties due to on-site rules. Note: Coarse fishing is not available from May 12th - 1st June inclusive and that paddle boarding and kayaking are also not allowed on the main lake from the beginning of October to the end of March. Note: This property has a £400 good housekeeping bond (NB this will only be taken after the holiday is completed if the property is damaged)

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
