Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property, 1 medium sized dog welcome at a £25 supplement per week. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This property has a refundable Good Housekeeping Bond of £150. This property does not accept children only babes in arms. The staircase leading up to the first floor is curved and steep, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Check-in from 5pm, check-out by 10am. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
