A cottage located in the village of Bream in Gloucestershire that can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Pippins is a cottage situated in the Gloucestershire village of Bream. There are three bedrooms including a super king-size double with an en-suite, a double and an adult bunks room, there is also a shower room, the cottage can sleep six people with the double sofabed in the sitting room adding extra flexibility. Also inside there is a kitchen diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, another sitting room and a conservatory. To the outside is ample off road parking and a rear lawn and courtyard with a picnic bench. Pippins is a stunning cottage in an excellent location.

Oil central heating ( on from October until end of April ). Woodburning stove. Electric oven, ceramic hob, oil Rayburn, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike/canoe storage in lockable garage. Enclosed south-facing lawned garden with terraced area with picnic bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: This property accepts a maximum of 6 adults, and 1 infant. Note: As this property is a traditional cottage, the stairs are steeper than normal.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
